No fancy jargon, no overthinking it and no taking ourselves too seriously. We love great wine, but we’re also trying to take a bit of the wank out of wine. Wine should be approachable, enjoyable and shared with good people. Our wines are hand-picked, hand plunged and basket pressed using traditional winemaking methods, with minimal intervention so the fruit can do what it does best. Our reds spend time in oak building character, while our Rosé is whole bunch pressed to keep things fresh, bright and easy going.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eEvery wine in the range is named after one of the mates behind the project, because wine should have personality. At the end of the day, we’re not trying to take ourselves too seriously.
