Ordering & age
Do I have to be 18 or over?
Yes. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, anyone under 18. By ordering you confirm that you, and the person receiving the delivery, are 18 or over. Photo ID may be requested on delivery or collection.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Australia. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long will my order take?
Orders are usually despatched within 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery within Australia is 5–14 days depending on your location. During summer and periods of extreme heat we may hold despatch to protect the quality of your wine.
How is my wine delivered?
All orders ship via Aramex courier with Signature on Delivery. As wine is age-restricted, an adult (18+) must be present to sign, and photo ID may be requested. Our couriers cannot leave wine unattended (no “safe drop”). In South Australia, alcohol can only be delivered between 8:00am and 10:00pm.
Can I collect my order?
Yes — free pick-up is available from our cellar door at Shop 4/76 Murray Street, Tanunda SA 5352. Please bring photo ID showing you are 18 or over.
Returns
What if my wine arrives damaged or faulty?
Please email wine@thehustlecollective.com.au as soon as possible (ideally within 30 days) with your order number and a photo where relevant, and we'll arrange a replacement, exchange or refund.
Can I return a wine if I change my mind?
As wine is a perishable, age-restricted product, we're generally unable to accept change-of-mind returns once an order has been despatched. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Visiting & tastings
Can I taste before I buy?
Yes — tastings run at our Tanunda cellar door on weekends, 12 noon to 5pm.
What are your opening hours?
Wine sales: Mon–Fri 10am–1.30pm; weekends & public holidays 10am–12 noon. Tastings: weekends 12 noon–5pm. Order collection: Mon–Fri 6am–1.30pm; weekends & public holidays 7am–12 noon.
