So Gin is the spirits arm of The Hustle Collective — small-batch gin and vodka handcrafted in the Barossa Valley by chef and founder Stuart Oldfield.
After years in Barossa hospitality — a catering company, a restaurant and a gin bar — Stuart turned a cook’s obsession with flavour, seasonality and local produce toward the still. The result is a range of spirits made in small batches, built around provenance and taste rather than volume.
From a classic London Dry gin to a bright, fruit-forward Tropical Gin and a smooth grape-and-grain vodka, every bottle carries the same idea: seriously good spirits, made by hand, with a chef’s instinct for what tastes good.
