We deliver boutique Barossa wine, gin and spirits across Australia — or you can collect free from our Tanunda cellar door.
Despatch & delivery times
Orders are usually despatched within 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery within Australia is 5–14 days, depending on your location. During the summer months and periods of extreme heat, despatch may be delayed to ensure the quality of your wine is not adversely affected.
How your order ships
All orders are shipped via Aramex courier with Signature on Delivery. As wine is an age-restricted product:
- An adult aged 18 or over must be present to sign for the delivery, and photo ID may be requested.
- Wine cannot be left unattended — “safe drop” is not available. If no one is available, the driver will leave a card so you can arrange re-delivery or collection.
- In South Australia, alcohol can only be delivered between 8:00am and 10:00pm.
- Aramex will email tracking information to you.
Shipping fees
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Free local pick-up
Collect your order free from The Hustle Collective — Hustle, Shop 4/76 Murray Street, Tanunda SA 5352. Please bring photo ID showing you are 18 or over. Order collection: Monday to Friday 6am–1.30pm; weekends & public holidays 7am–12 noon.
Changing your delivery details
As long as your order hasn't been despatched, we can make changes — just email wine@thehustlecollective.com.au. Once Aramex has your order we can no longer change the delivery details, but their notification email will let you update your delivery instructions.
