Thorn-Clarke Wines is one of the Barossa Valley’s leading family-owned wineries, built on more than six generations of grape-growing heritage in one of Australia’s most celebrated wine regions. Established by David and Cheryl Clarke (née Thorn), the winery brings together two pioneering Barossa families whose connection to the region dates back to the 1870s. After years of producing premium fruit for some of Australia’s most respected winemakers, the family took the next step in 1998 and released their first wines under the Thorn-Clarke label.
Today, Thorn-Clarke Wines is recognised internationally for crafting wines that express the diversity of the Barossa and Eden Valley. The family remains committed to the philosophy that exceptional wines are made in the vineyard, carefully managing their estate vineyards to produce fruit of outstanding quality and regional character.
