2023 Sandpiper Rosé

This Rose, made from premium Mataro grapes, shows a lovely pale salmon colour with delicate pink hues at the centre. Subtle strawberry, red cherry and white peach aromatics are prominent, with a light touch of citrus underneath. The palate is light and bright, with red berry compote, minerality and a refreshing cranberry zing. The gently spiced palate shows an excellent balance between savoury minerality and a core of fresh fruit.
