2024 Bosward Semillon

Semillon has a noble history in the Barossa arriving in the region in the mid 1800’s. This wine is pure in colour with a glint of green. A wild spectrum of jasmine, citrus rind and Kaffir lime leaves lead the trumpets. White peach and nectarine on bass, coordinate the punchy horn section. Lime skins, pith, kaffir lime leaves lead the show with structure. An array of citrus including mandarin, pull the palate together. Delicious with oysters!
