Our 2025 comes from Barossa North (Clare really). It has an array of flavours that are familiar including lime cordial, lemon pith and really rind loaded marmalade. The colour is brilliant and sparkling – like crown jewels. With notes of nectarine and white peach, genuine floral, with a lovely clean bees wax overlay.
It’s exciting!
Its weight and complexity make it a fabulous food wine (as the Italian varieties do). So pair with robust poultry dishes, seafood and of course pasta.
It has really nice shape and texture over the tongue
