Delivery & Returns
You must be 18 years or older to order wine through this website. Photo ID may be required to accept delivery of wine.
All prices advertised are in Australian Dollars and include all taxes. We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express payments.
Domestic shipping
Your order will usually be despatched within 1–4 business days of being received. During the summer months and periods of extreme heat, despatch may be delayed in order to ensure the quality of your wines is not adversely affected.
All orders are shipped via Aramex or Australia Post. The courier will email tracking information to you.
In the event that we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you via telephone or email to arrange an alternative product or to refund your payment.
Shipping fees
Shipping will be calculated at the checkout based on your delivery location. We offer free pick-up from The Hustle Collective — Hustle, 4/76 Murray Street, Tanunda, SA 5352.
Making changes to delivery details
As long as your order has not yet been despatched, we can make changes. Please email us at wine@thehustlecollective.com.au.
Once your order has been received by Aramex or Australia Post, we can no longer make any changes to your delivery details. However, you will receive an email notification from the courier, which will provide options to change your delivery instructions if you will not be available at the address you originally advised.
Refunds and returns
If you have received wine that is damaged, faulty, or not as advertised, please contact us to arrange a replacement or refund at wine@thehustlecollective.com.au.
