This website is operated by Stuart Oldfield (ABN 76 293 220 258), trading as The Hustle Collective, of Shop 4/76 Murray Street, Tanunda, South Australia 5352. Liquor is sold under the Liquor Licensing Act 1997, Licence Number 57619630.

2. Age restriction

You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol from this website. Under the Liquor Licensing Act 1997, it is an offence to sell or supply liquor to, or to obtain liquor on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. We may require valid photo identification upon delivery or collection.

3. Products and pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and prices are accurate; however, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, and to limit quantities, at our discretion. A contract is formed only once we have accepted and despatched your order.

5. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

6. Delivery and returns

Delivery, pick-up and returns are covered by our Delivery & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of this website or your purchase of products is limited to the resupply of the products or the cost of resupplying them. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
