2025 Empress Riesling

Eden Valley is the birthplace of many of Australia’s finest dry Rieslings, including Empress. Fruit comes from two cherished blocks on Tscharke’s Eden Valley sites — elevation, old vines and ancient granitic sands that deliver exceptional aromatic purity. Aromatically pristine: lime zest, lemon blossom, white flowers and crushed quartz, with hints of talc, wet slate and jasmine. The palate is taut and bright, driven by a racy Eden Valley acid line, finishing long, crystalline and refreshingly dry.
