2023 Escape Sagrantino Rosé

Escape Sagrantino Rosé is a textural, aromatic and distinctive expression of Eden Valley Sagrantino. Salmon in colour, it shows lifted cotton candy, rose water and Middle Eastern spice. The palate is bright and playful, with red-fruit characters, a gently textured mouthfeel and a refreshing finish that hints at a Negroni-like savoury edge. A rosé made for movement, travel and moments outside the ordinary. Pair with smoked salmon, grilled fish or yum cha.
