2021 Old Vine Shiraz

This is the wine at the heart of everything Bruno & George does. Deep, dark purple in the glass and electric on the nose — lifted red and purple berries, cracked pepper and a spice-driven brightness that is pure Barossa. The palate is plump yet precise, exuberant yet balanced, fresh fruit pushing through a fine frame of spice with nothing overdone and nothing out of place. The 2021 vintage was one of the Barossa's finest in recent memory — cool nights, slow ripening, wines built to go the distance. This Shiraz is all of that.
