2023 Wark Family Shiraz

The Wark Family have grown Shiraz at Stonewell since planting their vineyard in 1995. The 2023 emerges from the iron-rich soils of their Stonewell vineyard: aromas of succulent blackberries and mulberries dance alongside subtle dark chocolate. The palate unfolds with layers of dark fruit driven by a distinctive mineral edge, with velvety tannins, well-integrated oak and lively acidity for freshness and balance. A single-vineyard Shiraz from one of the best sub-districts in the Valley.
